Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Gift cards and custom/engraved sets are not returnable unless faulty.
How to return
- Email support@dice-armory.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll send return instructions and the address.
- Ship the item back (tracked recommended). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Metal dice include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (not normal wear or misuse).
