Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time
Most US orders arrive within 5-6 business days of your order date (this includes the 1-3 business day processing time above). These are estimates, not guarantees.
Rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $35.
- Orders under $35: a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once shipped you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track your order page. Allow up to 48h for tracking to update.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact support@dice-armory.com within 14 days and we'll help.
