By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility

Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. If a product's correct price is higher than displayed, we will contact you before shipping.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal and major card networks). We do not store full card details.
Shipping
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
Returns & warranty
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Metal dice carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
Intellectual property
All Site content, including logos, text, images and the "Gear up. Roll to win." branding, is owned by or licensed to MINT TECHNOLOGY LLC and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MINT TECHNOLOGY LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
